BEST for Dentistry is an alliance of independent dental practices and doctors that want to save Dentistry and move in a new and better direction. BEST stands for Building Everyone’s Success Together and it brings together the tools, strategies, and systems that will insure a bright future for each of it’s members. BEST exists to create a voice for the little guy: The typical dentist in the typical town who takes care of his/her family and patients and just wants to enjoy the profession and have an awesome practice.
Many dentists today are feeling the pinch worse than ever: Eroding income, rising costs, collection problems, managed care chewing away at profits and at new patient flow. Many dentists’ declining incomes are colliding with their high interest credit cards and other debts. Many will respond by running harder, working longer hours, fighting to increase production, working “dumb and hard”. Some will be frozen by fear and confusion, and do nothing until it is too late. Frustration will boil inside their minds, hearts and stomachs. They will experience fatigue, burnout, and irritability, both at the office and at home.
But a few dentists will absolutely thrive (even while their neighbors suffer and struggle). These few will earn more but work less, be immunized against the negatives of managed care, be more in control, have more fun, and face the future with optimism and courage.
Which group will you be in?

A personal note from Mike: “Are you ready for the changes taking place in dentistry? Many dentists are continuing to practice the same way they always have, but Dentistry is changing and in order to grow and succeed, you’ll need to change the way you think and the way you practice. Fortunately, you don’t have to do it alone. Join me and hundreds of other dentists across the country in BEST for Dentistry. Together we can and will make a difference.“
