Max Gotcher co-founded BEST for Dentistry. 

He brings a wide variety of valuable small business ownership, management and entrepreneurial skills to the partnership. With expertise and experience in all phases of business planning and structuring, (new business start-up, rapid growth and expansion, transition and sale) he understands and appreciates the challenges of building a profitable, rewarding business. A firm believer is a systems approach to business organization and efficiency, he specializes in executive coaching, team building, and all aspects of practice management. He has coached dentists throughout the United States and Canada for over twenty-five years[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

30 years of healthcare experience and owned a commercial lab for 15+ years. He enjoys international travel, UFC, English Premier League, and outdoor activities including hiking and mountaineering

Born and raised in Dallas, TX and graduated from Southern Methodist University. A passionate Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue Black Lab.

Lillian was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington. She played collegiate soccer and earned her degree from Northeastern State University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and cheering on University of Washington football.
